the staff was always responsive the rooms were clean
the price was quite high i found the breakfast charge excessive at twenty five euros i therefore skipped it laundry was unavailable so i had to search for alternatives

The reception staff were super accommodating. I checked in earlier than expected and they were so helpful. The hotel and my room had a great vibe. I found it comfortable and quiet with nice personal touches. The shower was really good it had great pressure.
Breakfast had a language barrier when ordering eggs so I had scrambled eggs every morning. I wish there was a way to indicate different egg dishes.

I found the hotel near mitte and prenzlauerberg. many shops and restaurants were easily accessible. the hotel interior felt beautiful, and the room provided ample space. breakfast included a healthy and wonderful choice. the staff was friendly. They was so good.

i stayed seven nights in a surprise room the location was near many restaurants the u-bahn station provided easy access to various districts the breakfast buffet had excellent fresh options. the room was very clean and well maintained with daily cleaning services provided i dropped my bags early the staff moved them to my room. i found the staff very kind and helpful i appreciated their personal touch. the hotel has a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a good layout
i noticed one missed spot behind the bed with spiderwebs

the public transport connections included u-bahn and tram stops this made exploring the city center and nearby areas easy day trips were simple because the area is well-connected it was convenient.

the room had neutral tones and textured fabrics there were modern reading sconces next to the bed and rattan accessories it had attention to detail such as an onyx box with toiletries. the bathroom included a large shower with rain shower and handheld fixtures

The place was super clean, even cleaner than most hotels I have stayed in (which is saying something, considering my travel history). The rooms feature an very nice design, with plenty of easily accessible outlets. I liked that I could control all the lights from the bed. I appreciated the front desk staff offering to hold our bags after checkout, great to explore the city without any encumbrances.
The coffee from the machine was a bit inconsistent, and it sometimes missed the mark.

The room had a modern, minimalistic design. A jug of water included sprigs of fresh mint, with a welcome note. The bathroom had a very good shower.
The staff replaced the hand soap with body soap after it ran out.
